needle sew both sides of comb together along the scallop edge only
leaving the base open. Lightly stuff and sew to top of head and shape.
Waddle
Row 1) With Red, ch 23, sc in second ch from hook, dc in next ch, trc in next ch, dc in
next ch, sc in next ch; finish off. Join Red to fifth ch from the end
ch 1, sc in same ch space, dc in next ch, trc in next ch, dc in next ch,
sc in last ch; finish off. Shape if necessary. Drape over beak and sew
across beak.
DRESS
Skirt
Row 1) With
Blue, ch 48, dc
in third ch from hook and in each remaining ch across; ch 3 turn (47 dc)

Dress Finishing
Fold skirt in half
lengthwise; using a tapestry needle and main color yarn, sew back seam
closed.
Piping: Starting in the free loops of skirt
foundation ch, join Soft White with a sl st. Sc evenly along top edge
of skirt, up edge of bib, up outside edge of shoulder strap, across end
of strap, along inside edge of shoulder strap, along top of bib, along
opposite inside edge of shoulder strap, across end of other shoulder
strap, down outside edge of opposite shoulder strap and bib and across
remaining top edge of skirt. Join to first sc with a sl st. Finish
off. Attach one end of strap to back of dress sewing with tapestry
needle.
Attach the other
end to the top of the bib using the same method. Repeat for the other
strap.
Hem Weave
Detail: With White, ch
115; finish off. Weave chain through openings in Row 9 of skirt. Sew
or tie ends together.
General
Finishing
Position glasses
on face and tuck earpieces into side of head. Shape Granny as necessary
and enjoy!
